24-passenger Funitel “Silvrettabahn”

Together with the Fimba and Pardatschgat ropeways, the Silvrettabahn funitel is the backbone of the Ischgl feeder system, offering outstanding lateral stability for operation at high wind speeds. Divided into two sections with through operation, the ropeway goes almost 4 km up to Idalpe, the heart of the Silvretta Arena. The Silvrettabahn ropeway transports approx. 1,400,000 guests per year. Investments in the Funitel “Silvrettabahn“ amounted to € 23.7 million.
