| Located adjacent to the entrance to the village tunnel directly
in the centre, the ropeway museum is packed with interesting facts
about Ischgl’s rise to one of Austria’s most successful
ski regions, which is inextricably linked to the ropeway. Guests and
locals are invited to go back in time and visit the pioneering era
of the Silvrettaseilbahn ropeway company. Here you can see historic
objects and devices from former tourist eras such as a gondola from
the 60s, old skis, boots, toboggans and rescue utensils…. Open every Wednesdays in Winter from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm Entry free |
